During construction, JML Architects acts as an agent for its clients by providing Construction Contract Administration Services: providing general advice and counsel; informing clients of project status, workmanship quality and required modifications; and protecting clients' interests through reviewing and verifying contractors' applications for payment and other claims. JML Architects proactively reports project progress to clients through periodic written documentation detailing the content and decisions of contractor meetings and updates to the construction schedule, as well as field reports, copies of supplemental instructions, changes in directives, and project correspondence. This allows clients to remain focused on their own business priorities while maintaining an informed involvement in the process. JML Architects solicits clients' decisions throughout construction; helps clients to complete and distribute necessary paperwork; maintains communication between the client, the contractor, and JML Architects itself; recognizes and addresses any challenges to the project's realization; provides technical support to both client and contractor; and administers the successful completion of construction and facility start-up by our clients.
